StatusPulse currently handles public product questions and support through its GitHub repository. There is no published support phone number or guaranteed-response support plan.
Bug report
Include expected behavior, actual behavior, reproduction steps, relevant versions, and sanitized logs. Never post passwords, API keys, TOTP secrets, request headers, or private endpoint data.
Security report
Do not publish exploitable details in a public issue. Use the repository owner’s private contact options on GitHub and provide the minimum information needed to reproduce the problem safely.
